Responsible for twenty-four (24) hour supervision of the Emergency Services operations. The Director of Emergency Services provides leadership, direction and supervision for all functions and activities of the Emergency Department. Responsible for the planning, implementation, interpretation, and adherence of policies, procedures, standards, and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. Performs duties in any nursing capacity as needed. Provides care to pediatric through geriatric patients. Demonstrates a commitment to customer service and the ability to participate in the planning, implementation and adherence of policy’s and protocols.
Schedule: Twenty-four (24) hour accountability. Works primarily weekdays, will be adjusted to accommodate the position.
Compensation: $90-120K DOE

Qualifications:
1. Current RN license required; client will provide access to Montana licensing.
2. Demonstrates excellence in interpersonal communication skills.
3. Three-Five years of recent ER experience required
4. Previous ER Management Experience required
5. Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certification required.
6. Current CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) Certification preferred.
